Week 3

I picked Gucci. People like their luxury products. I love this brand and bought some before and plan to buy more later.

Gucci is its exquisite Italian craftsmanship, providing customers with high-quality products and great attention to the design of its products.

On their Facebook, most comments are simply great. People cannot wait to order it or show their love to their products. I do see some comments about their product links being broken.

Gucci posted lots of beautiful and well-taken photos of their make-up, dress or some fancy movie-like show videos to show people how pretty their products are and also put links there to help people to order it.

Gucci is using their social media as a platform to show their products. Besides their online store which may only have some pictures of each product, they posted more photos of some famous stars or some street shots to show people how their products look in real life and on these famous people, which will make customers want to try it and to feel the same as super stars. I think their social media is great, but they do need to fix their broken links, so customers can buy more of their products. I think overall they did a great job on their social media.

Gucci does not respond to customers. Because most comments are good, so they do not need to reply but some comments like broken links, they should respond and try to solve it.

If I am the manager, I will make sure my team tries to find all the issues the customers mentioned and fix it and let the customers know about it.

Having good social media can give you more chances to show the customers your products and increase the sales.
